      • SME in aspects of daily reconciliation for Card settlements
      • Identify and consume all relevant T files/R files that are generated from Mastercard for settlement and reconciliation
      • Setting up Operational processes for end to end Mastercard reconciliation, in view of International Acceptance
      • Setting up Operational processes for Chargeback.
    MIS and Finance reporting.
      • Daily and monthly books closing.
      • Monthly channel reconciliation between Zeta System and its partner bank, post reconciling the books issue recon certificate to stakeholders (partner bank, Zeta finance team etc).
      • Statutory reporting
    Program Management
      • Balance sheet
      • Profit and loss statement
      • Cash flow
    Bank Reports
    • QC Bank reports on various requirements.
    • Fraud and risk monitoring
    • Compliance reporting
    • Coordination with internal teams for highlighting anomalies, if any.
    Who should apply for this role
    • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience into Banking Operations
    • Prior experience in handling master card reconciliation and operations projects is a must
    • Proficiency in Excel and working on various Reports.
    • Willingness in developing and optimizing program management processes.
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • You re a results-oriented self-starter, and a great communicator.
    • Self-motivated, you like to work independently and possess strong organization and time management skills.
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
