Role - Supporting all presales and business development activities related to proposal managementResponsibilities - The ideal candidate would be part of business development teams and responsible for: Support presales activities across the regions. Engaging with sales teams to support the presales cycles for various enquiries, presentations and proposals. Coordinate with the offshore team to collect and consolidated technical information to develop proposal responses / pre sales collaterals through Bid tool. Working closely with Internal and external customers, delivery and bid teams for responding to global proposals including RFI, RFQ & RFP, Statement of Capabilities (SoC) and presentations and adhering to the internal processes defined. Extending support to Marketing and Sales teams in preparation of Go-to-Market plans, collaterals and other relevant marketing materials. Creating, proof reading, correcting and dispatching quality bid responses within agreed deadlines. Preparing customer presentations Ensuring innovative and relevant offers are made to increase the winning bids & success rate. Improving overall efficiency of technical content and making it available for reuse. Documenting various proposal responses and tracking/ updating the knowledge repositoryDesired Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate should match the following criteria: Level of Education: Degree in any discipline or higher education from an internationally recognized institution. Preferably BE / B Tech (MBA Preferred)Experience - 0-1 year experience is preferableProfessional skills: Strong articulation skills verbal and non-verbal/ business writing.Should have knowledge in Visio, Word, Excel, Project Plan and PowerPoint. Should be able to work under pressure within challenging deadlines. Should have the ability to support multiple bids concurrently and work with cross functional teams. Should have strong time management and prioritization skills.
