E2open is hiring a talented BizTalk professional to join a growing global operations team As a Data Center Operations team member, you will be joining a collaborative team responsible for delivery and support of mission critical EDI infrastructure used by major global brands.Duties & Responsibilities: Hands- on management of BizTalk Server 2016/ SQL Server 2016 cluster to ensure high availability for global trading partners. Coordination and integration with IBM Sterling B2B and IBM Connect Direct. BizTalk application configuration management. Continuous evaluation of system health and performance optimization. Provide, administer and maintain secure environments for development and testing. Maintain system, interface, and configuration documentation. Design, maintain and tune BizTalk360 monitors. Provide issue management, resolution and technical support; systems, flow and translation issue determination, troubleshooting, and customer interaction as necessary Conduct appropriate change, performance and capacity management. Respond to BizTalk monitoring alerts. Assist with applications support as necessary. Disaster recovery design, implementation and testing. Prior Experience: 3- 5 years primary experience as a BizTalk administrator in a high- availability configuration. Exposure to virtualization or cloud technologies is desirable; i.e, VMWare, AWS or 3 years XML, DTD, XPATH and other XML entities. 3 years EDI (EDIFACT and X12) Skills & Qualities: Demonstrated solid experience in administration and operations of large- scale, real- time, 24x7 BizTalk environments, including but not limited to, all of the following components: Highly available clustered BizTalk environments with SQL Server Always On BizTalk Hosts, Isolated Hosts, Orchestrations, Dynamic Ports BizTalk Adapters: WCF, SQL Server, Oracle, SFTP, SMTP, etc. BizTalk Rule Engine BizTalk EDI/ AS2 and Trading Partner Management BizTalk BAM and BAM Portal BizTalk ESB and ESB Portal BizTalk Throttling BizTalk deployment and release management technologies Windows PowerShell and MSBuild scripting WCF Hosts, End- Points and ABC Exposure to virtualization and/ or cloud computing technologies is highly desirable (e.g. VMWare, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure). Experience maintaining and monitoring web APIs/ related configurations running on IIS system and load balancers. Experience on Windows Services related to Operating System, BizTalk , SQL Services or custom services. Experience in administration of SQL Server is highly desirable. Familiar with AWS services; EC2, RDS, VPC, AMI, SG, etc. Familiar with XML- based technologies and WS- standards is preferable. Familiar with ANSI X.12 and EDIFACT standards is preferable. Familiar with B2B managed file transfer protocols and tools is nice to have. Familiar with IBM Sterling B2B and/ or IBM Connect Direct is nice to have. Familiar with Disaster Recovery methods and procedures. Experience and understanding of change and patch management. Demonstrable motivation and initiative in working with a global operations team. Demonstrable problem- solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skill. Education & Professional Qualifications: S. Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent computer- related education. Special Work Hours Requirement: Participate in incident handling and off- hours/ weekend maintenance activities, as necessary.
