Position: Job Title - Branch ManagerQualification B.E ./ B. Tech + MBAExperience 8 - 15 YearsKey KRAs :- Primary responsibility of Business development, brand building & profitability of branch- Secondary responsibility of Procurement, Operations, QC, Production & Logistics- Guiding the sales, technical service & production team to achieve annual budget- Lead Area Sales Manager and execute business plans (short, mid & long term)- Build & Execute business project pipeline- Build and maintain relationships with customers- Steer cost working together with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply chain, Controlling)- Actively manage capex, incentives and mitigate collections- Performance indicators would be Organic Sales Growth, Profitability, Business project pipeline, Market share, A/C receivables - Profitability enhancement through new channel development, increase in special product volume & price management - Cost optimization through reduction of material loss, proper product mix & other possible means,,
