Responsibilities:-- Responsible for Sales & Sales admin for assigned state.- Achieving primary and secondary sales targets.- Managing and upholding a team of ASMs & Frontline team- Constant focus on growing width and depth of numeric distribution in the geography.- Recruiting, training and coaching the respective sales team.- Communicate with business Influencer, understand market dynamics and maintain relationships with key business partners like Dealer, distributors, vendors etc.- Monitoring weekly and monthly Sales billing and secondary follow-up.- Monitoring POSM utilization & Visibility activities- Preparing demand forecasting & managing inventory.- Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market.- Accountable for end-to-end sales and operation excellence & execution.Reporting toZSM - SouthBriefing Received from Line HR- HQ @ Hyderabad & operating entire Telangana state.- Should have worked minimum 2/3 years as State Head or in similar position.Experience Required10+ years in FMCG sales and at least 3 years work based @ Hyderabad Market.Education Qualification : Graduation / MBA Preferred.Gender preference : MaleSectors to target : FMCG/ Food and BeveragesSalary offered: 15-25LPA,
