Job Description

Relationship MangerSignificant Highlights:Sourcing of fresh proposals as new client acquisitions and enhancing the existing portfolio.Recognize and escalate business and cross sell opportunities in the portfolio.Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth inrelationship value, revenues & improved client stickinessFormulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customerbase of the portfolio.Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs.Advising clients on how to manage funds.Keeping a high knwoledge about Capital Market and Comapany performances.Hand holding new to investment customers.Daily briefing customer about the govt initiatives , market changes and reform.Prepare quality and creditworthy proposal for new client acquisition, review and renewal of existingproposal.Prepare end-to-end proposal which includes the Credit monitoring arrangement for the financials andproposal note and presenting the same at various management committees of the company.Ensuring implementation of all audit and regulatory recommendations and constant monitoring/ reviewof the assigned portfolio.To drive and manage the fund requirement of Small and medium enterprises. This includes providingend-to-end finance solutions in the form of Working Capital requirements and Business Enhancementfunding to the SME segment.Currently handling a 60 Crores worth portfolio of business loans clients.Achieved 150% of target assigned with NCA of Rs.25 Crores.To complete sourcing of proposals within timelines.The various asset products (Security-backed) which the department deals into are Cash Credit,Overdrafts, Term Loans, Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Pre/ Post Shipment Finance and Letter ofCredit/ Bill Discounting.Monitor and address HNI clients banking and Investment requirements .Use financial acumen aSalary1 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.IndustrySales/MarketingWork Experience3 - 6 YearsQualificationB.A,
