Job Profile For Business Development Manager: Identify new business opportunities - including New Markets, Customers, Vendors, Price, Growth Areas,and Trends etc. Day to day planning of Marketing Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these Customer relationship development and coordination with customers for order taking on daily basis Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department Liaise with the Finance and Operation Team and other departments. Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers Visting Office to Office and Explaining about our Company Introduction, Our Services and to generate leads.Key Skills For Business Development Manager: Previous business experience within the international and/or domestic courier industry may be required. A Business Development Manager requires excellent transaction negotiation and closing skills. You will be required to have sound commercial insight and experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients. Team leadership and management skills are very import elements of the Business Development Managers job.
