The team consists of experts in data engineering, advanced analytics, driver analysis, forecasting, big data technologies, and customer analytics etc. We are looking for a talented and motivated analytics professional who can drive Data Architecture and related platforms, technologies, predictive analytics solutions and solve a wide variety of business problems with data insights - all with the goal of providing actionable insights into business processes and customer experience. • Architecture, Data Architecture and Scalable data based solutions
• Technology and Platform to enable Data engineers and Data scientists and produce predictive metrics
• Roadmap and Vision for evolving trend in the field of Data Engineering and Data Science
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely deployment of resources and delivery of outcomes
• Evaluating business impact of key strategic decisions through data-driven before/after analysis

1. RESPONSIBILITIES
   • Build roadmap for long term data strategies, data foundation and data products to drive key objectives and results for the Data Science team, Data Engineers and partners
   • Architect, implement and optimize scalable infrastructure that enables
     • Data extraction across a wide variety of data sources
     • Data cleaning , preprocessing and transformation for descriptive, predictive and prescriptive modeling
     • Data Validation framework from source to endpoints ensuring data quality and integrity
     • Data monitoring for reliable and fault tolerant data systems
   • Lead and manage platforms and tools for optimal experimentation, user insights, cross product/service telemetry investigations and machine learning models
   • Own and drive holistic integration of multiple data projects and drive consumption channels across the organization
   • Be the connection between data scientists, BI/Analytics Specialists and software engineers in feature teams as well as other consumers of data and insights
   • Ensure compliance and sovereignty of data per applicable policies
   • Is obsessed about service health and strives for higher standards, guaranteeing high quality and high SLA datasets, that is built on CI/CD framework
   • Innovate on technical and functional areas bringing efficiency on engineering fundamentals for the Data engineering and Data Science team
   • Mentor and technically nurture team members

• QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years of experience architecting, designing, and operating large scale big data services.
  • 5+ year experience with Azure Big Data stack (Data Lake, Spark, Data Bricks) and distributed processing like Apache Spark, Azure Data Factory, Azure Automation or equivalent
  • 5+ years development experience on large-scale (Big) data solutions including databases (SQL/No-SQL) and ETL / Data pipelines using cloud services.
  • Hands-on expertise on Enterprise Python, complex SQL development
  • Modern DevOps practices (including Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/VSTS)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced/competitive environment, and have a deep desire to work collaboratively, solve problems with groups, find win/win solutions and celebrate success
  • Long term strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skill
  • Experience on analytical / visualization tool like Azure Analysis Services and Power BI
  • Experience leading and managing virtual teams of data engineers

The candidate must also have:

• Masters in Computer Science or related discipline is preferable, but a candidate with BSc combined with strong analytical background in problems relating to Cloud Data Platforms and Data Analytics solutions is also acceptable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts.
• An attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results.
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
