Job Description

What we are looking for

  • You re an exceptional C/C++ developer who s up for the challenge of building scalable and reliable enterprise software products
  • By working at OpsRamp, you ll learn how to scale an industry leading SaaS platform for IT operations management
What you will do at Opsramp
  • Strong hands-on experience in C++ framework and library development
  • Write code to extend existing libraries and support the implementation of new libraries
  • Work on all aspects of the software development life-cycle, including writing specifications, coding, building, releasing, testing and bug fixing
  • Test and debug code to ensure that it operates correctly
Requirements Do you have
  • 3+ years of experience in C/C++
  • 3+ years of experience in object-oriented design, multi-threading, data structures and algorithms
  • Linux/UNIX (AIX, HP Unix and Solaris) programming skills
  • Experience in cross-platform development
Do you also have
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven bug detection and regression testing skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities for managing concurrent releases for global customers
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, development, quality assurance and support teams
  • Working knowledge of large scale production deployments, infrastructure management and configuration management
