Job Description

    As a member of our Business Analysis team, youll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals.     • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
    • A strong understanding of at least one business function in the firm, as well as a broader understanding of other areas.
    • Proficiency in business applications, data usage, and management
    • Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team
    • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
    • Deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with technical partners for joint application development efforts.
    • Research and evaluate alternate solutions and provide recommendations for enhancing the application.
    • Provide Functional support for the application, including meeting service level and performance requirements
    • Collaborate with stake holders accross globe for requirements, assigments and tracking.
    Required Skills:
    • Must have strong demonstrated track record in Ab-Initio coding of medium to large scale ETL applications
    • Must have 5+ years of experience in using JIRA
    • Hands on experience in SCRUM / AGILE methodologies.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of management w.r.t assignments and tracking.
    • Knowledge on the design and delivery of ETL solutions/ Cloud
    • Experience in UNIX and/or AIX operating environment is desirable
    • Ability to communicate at all levels stake holders.
    • Demonstrated skills both written and oral are required
    • Experience with mainframe, DB2, and MQ is a strong plus and Mainframe.
