Need to support Sales Team across the globe with their queries Provide support to Clients and resolve their queries Constantly follow - up with the Project Managers with respect to current / ongoing projects / requests. Deliver products to clients via email Provide Database access to clients Ensure timely delivery of daily , weekly , monthly and quarterly reports. Generate accurate and timely reports as required Ensure strict adherence to operational / functional processes and procedures. SKILLS REQUIRED: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Must be a graduate or post graduate. Must be dynamic , articulate and should have pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. Should have worked in a customer service environment serving US or UK Clients Preferably with BPO experience (not mandatory) Willing to work in Night shifts (Rotational) COMPUTER SKILLS Extremely proficient in MS Office WRITTEN SKILLS The ability to write clear and concise business style English is a key requirement for these positions.
