Job Description

Position : Client Servicing Executive / Sr. Executive

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Qualification - Any Graduate

Location - Hyderabad (Banjara Hills)

5 Working Days - Monday to Friday / Tuesday to Saturday (Timing - 9.30 am 6:30 pm )

  • Welcome call to be made to all new clients
  • Verification of sale made by the Tele / Field Sales Executives
  • Give a Demo on Product - Exim maps to all the paid Clients
  • Document all client contracts and service work on the excels
  • Calling the client and updating the database as and when required
  • Maintain upto date organized client files, including copies of all signed applications and forms, according to firms Compliance requirements
  • Follow up on outstanding transactions
  • Maintain appropriate turnaround time in resolving the queries if any
  • Update daily reports to manager.
  • Emailing and Chat process to be followed with all Clients.
  • Build required rapport with the Key Accounts in the assigned territory.
