Continually improve the overall financial performance to achieve maximum profitability of outlets and company 2. To support the franchisees with the view to increase sales & profitability and business improvement 3. To coordinate, set up and manage new outlets opening from ground zero which includes renovation, arrangement of equipments & machineries, training and other related matters to ensure smooth opening 4. Liaise with Marketing and Business Support team on the planning of setting up the Franchisee operations 5. To develop overall business strategies and evolve business models for Calvins for revenue and profit growth 6. To lead a franchise team in order to ensure all monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets are achieved 7. To lead a franchise team in order to launch a new product, as well as franchise stores and end user promotions 8. To implement brand awareness building program and new product communication programs for all Calvins franchisees 9. Timely submission of monthly reports to head office and ensure accuracy of reports submitted. 10. Site inspection, evaluating environmental surveys, and to ensure site operation of excellence 11. Working in field and conduct QSC assessment in order to get the first hand information about the business operations 12. Solving distributors queries and doubts 13. To ensure the business operations are compliant with all terms and conditions stated in Franchise management Requirements: 1. Passionate about the F&B; industry and interested in service line 2. Good English proficiency (Knowledge in other languages such as Kannada, Hindi is an added advantage) 3. Willing to learn 4. Fast learner 5. Adaptable 6. Flexible with and able to handle miscellaneous task assigned 7. High mobility (must be able to travel with own vehicle whenever needed) 8. Work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day 9. Prior experience in F&B;, hotel management, hospitality and service is an added advantage (not compulsory),
