Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: Customer Service Officer - SCM Operations @ JadcherlaDepartment: SCMReporting: SCM ManagerLocation: Jadcherla (near Hyderabad)Industry: Animal NutritionQualification: Any GraduateSoftware skill: Should able to handle ERP for order processingExperience: Working Experience: minimum 5 year in Customer Service / Sales / MarketingJob Objective:Provide Customer Service support to the organisation by obtaining, analysing and verifying the accuracy of Reports in timely manner; also take initiative and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of Customer Service and high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.Job Role:

  • Handling customer complaints to ensure the complaints solve and well taken care of
  • Ensure All customer Orders fulfilled on time on full quantity
  • Ensure company interest of work process and should be able to deliver the results
  • Communicate price, quote and contracts with customer, sales team and approver list.
  • Timely record all customer P/O, contract in ERP system and proper archiving system
  • Proactively communicate with customer for customer order, customer issue and customer inquiry
  • Provide a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable response to all customer enquiries
  • Results through teamwork, effectively collaborate, always looking for more efficient ways to serve customer
  • Conduct and maintain good Communication with Production team and /or supplier to ensure all the P/O is produced and delivered on time
  • Working with Technical QA and sales team including all cross functions to ensure all customer objection or complaints are well taken care and tracking all line item filling rate and ensure achieve 95% performance.
  • Proactively communicate with customer for invoice and remind about payment time, completion of end-to-end process of orders fulfilment.
  • Conduct and maintain good communication with procurement and logistic team to ensure all materials prepared for production and delivery product on time to customer and working with sales team to support marketing materials and program.
  • Arranging transportation for dispatches on time.
  • Sharing loading plan with warehouse team.
  • Order details to share with planning dept.
  • MIS
  • Open customer accounts in CRM by recording all account information.
