Job Description

If you have experience in shipping SaaS software solutions working with large data and throughput volumes and you can understand data needs inside and across systems , as well as in analytics platforms , this role will give you a variety of challenges and opportunities. As a Data Engineer you will contribute to our entire software solution , supporting the development of in-app and standalone analytics.

You will:

  • Implement and manage robust data pipelines
  • Profile and analyze data to identify gaps and potential data quality issues; work with product managers to resolve these issues
  • Use Python , SQL , R , Snowflake , Looker , and other Big Data tools and technologies to code the data Engineering routines
  • Utilize automation to ensure high quality and fast delivery of data pipelines
  • Designs and jointly develops the data architecture with CTO and ensures security and maintenance
  • Assess suitable options , designs , and creates data pipeline (data lake / data warehouses) for our analytical solutions
  • Identify gaps and implement solutions for data security , quality and automation of processes
  • Support maintenance , bug fixing and performance analysis along data pipeline
  • Diagnose existing architecture and data maturity and identifies gaps
  • Gather requirements , assess gaps and build roadmaps and architectures to help the analytics driven organization achieve its goals
Qualifications

What will you need

  • 5 years of data science or software engineering experience
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative or analytical field with material exposure to coding
  • Fluent English

  • Good communication skills
  • Detail-oriented , ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
