70 tactical buyers are supporting both commercial and NTO towers out of Prague NGSC, covering region Europe, Switzerland, Middle East and North Africa.Your responsibilities include but not limited to : Primary responsibility of the role is to co-define and co-own the data management governance processes and structure that will support Scope 3 portfolio of projects, data insights and information needs The person in this role will be responsible for managing all data aspects, across multiple units and stakeholders, that will inform Scope 3 manage Support Environmental Sustainability and Procurement team in the implementation of the overall Scope 3 strategic plan Own and lead category specific environmental sustainability data for Novartis suppliers in scope Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any data related queries between the category teams and the Global Environmental Sustainability Office (whose part Scope 3 Team is) Provide the overall category specific Scope 3 data management governance and capabilities that will support the Scope 3 Team activities particularly in terms of: o Data collection, processing, and storage, Data quality, Business intelligence, incl. forecasting , Reference data management, Document and content management Provide knowledge in cooperation with the Category Environmental Sustainability Lead and Category Management with respect to environmental aspects and footprint of Novartis Scope 3. Finance or Management consulting roles is a plus. Significant experience in working in cross-cultural / functional environment. Track record of operational effectiveness / innovation and of collaboration with diverse teams and remote relationships.
