Your responsibilities will span monitoring, incident management, risk control, performance tuning, patching, upgrades and migration. And well offer feedback, coaching and mentoring all the way, helping you improve your skills and setting you up for greater opportunities within our Global Technology Infrastructure Group.Key Responsibilities of the RoleYou will work as part of the Graph Databases Product line team member in the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and will be responsible for defining, developing, engineering and operating Graph Database Platform-as-a-Service products for both on-prem and public clouds like AWS, GCP and Azure.Attributes of Technologists in Platform Services

Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BE/BTech/MCA degree or other degrees with equivalent experience
• Experience with TigerGraph is an advantage
• Knowledge of GSQL, GQL, SPARQL, OWL, Gremlin, Cypher, etc. will be advantages
• Demonstrated ability to drive Agile development and implement automated process to improve graph database system reliability
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, with a background in databases
• Development skills in Python and Ansible
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and provide good customer experience
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile development methodology
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
