Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Coordinate with Internal plant and carryover part arrangement. 2. Project parts material management (Receipt, Issuance & Dispatch) 3. Effective inventory management and Obsolete parts disposal 4. Vehicle Declaration & Capitalization in SAP 5. Organize logistics for vehicle build parts. 6. Micro level tracking of Vehicle build parts and report publish. 7. BOM Verification and report publish. 8. Parts supply to pilot line as per Vehicle build plan. 9. Project MIS Publish (Shortage Report, Weight data, Inspection report, etc) 10.Effective Manpower handling. 11.Coordinate with the export team and the export of parts. 12. Tracking of protoparts inspection reports. 13. Exposure to 5S, ISO, TS, TPM, OHSAS, SHE, ISO45001. 14. Drive Continuous improvement amongst team. 15. Capex and Revenue budget handling.ExperienceMin 3 yearsIndustry PreferredAutomotive manufacturing and R & DQualificationsBE/B.TechFunctional Competency1. Expert in Inventory Management & Perpetual inventory 2. Expert in SAP MM Module. 3. Good Knowledge of Stores & Warehouse function. 4. Good Knowledge of GST Process. 5. Expert in BOM Knowledge. 6. Basic of Vehicle system & function knowledge 7. Exposure to 5S, ISO,TS,TPM, OHSAS, ISO45001. 8. Knowledge of vehicle aggregates 9. Good skill in Shop floor management and Manpower handling 10. Good Knowledge of Production planning & Control activities 11. Internal Stockholder management. 12. Excellent communication & coordination skills. 13. Ensure legal compliance related to Stores. 14.
