Minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in SDLC, solutions design, and delivery of enterprise level solutions. Solid project management and team leadership skills. Experience in leading Agile/Scrum projects. Strong E-commerce Domain (B2C,B2B) and functional skills in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), AEM & 3rd party integrations services. Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects in line with strategic business objectives and organization guidelines Plan and track all project activities using Jira, and other project management tools. Manage project scope, time, resources and cost to meet client commitments. Conduct planning sessions various stakeholders to create documented management plans that specify the project plan and scope. Participate in technology/solution decisions with consultants / Architects/Test Leads for projects and ensure that technical design, unit testing, deployment, and implementation requirements are properly documented. Accountability for the quality and effectiveness of project management materials in all aspects of the project, such as status reports, project plans, meeting minutes and other project documentation Focus on prevention of slippage and overrun. Early identification of risk with suitable and proactive mitigation plans that are actively managed Need to understand Scrum / Experience in dealing with Agile Implementation approach Experience preparing and managing Project plans, Issues list, and Risks. Prepare status reports for IT Leadership meetings Ability to work with multi-geographically located teams (US, India & Europe) Lead various Scrum/ SAFe ceremonies - PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Prioritization, Daily Stand ups, Retrospective, Scrum of Scrums Ensure quality of project team deliverables. Anticipate, identify, and resolve roadblocks such as hardware, software, or networking incompatibilities and unresponsive third-party vendors.
