We bring the most innovative customer success platform, tailor it, extend it and introduce entirely new functionality to serve individual industry requirements and trends. Our two most successful industry products to date are our Financial Services and Healthcare clouds.We are seeking a passionate advocate for customer and end user adoption to fill this role, focusing on Financial Services Cloud and Health Cloud. This is an individual contributor role with broad responsibility for designing programs and content that drive end user adoption, and for evangelizing the needs of the ecosystem to internal salesforce stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesHeres what youd be doing:

  • Working with the design team to have relevant, helpful empty states in the product
  • Working the CX team to have the best documentation for users and admins
  • Contributing as part of product pods and product sprints to ensure product features and designs have last mile adoption in mind
  • Working with the content experience team or self authoring trailhead content
  • Working with adoption at scale to define and drive adoption related email campaigns for users and admins
  • Working with the product team to author content for and deliver enablement sessions for each release to the SE, CSG and partner communities
  • Writing out best practices guide for FSC & HC
  • Setting up and executing all release communications
  • Analyzing adoption data to figure out what product areas are the most critical for investments to improve adoption.
  • Creating adoption/quick start guides

Key Competencies
  • Proven engagement customers in the HLS and/or FINS industries
  • Proven experience in analyzing product adoption within Healthcare and/or Financial Services
  • Effective communicator - Communicates well with product and cross-functional teams; can effectively present product features and roadmap to internal stakeholders and C-Level execs; comfortable pitching their product to diverse external audiences (customers, partners, and analysts); strong ability to convince and influence
  • Strategic thinker - Strategic thinker who can deal with complexity and conflicting priorities; ability to identify adoption improvement opportunities and execute on them
  • Experience identifying and addressing customer needs, building relationships with customers, communicating with customers in an organized and knowledgeable manner, and delivering clear requests for information

  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles
  • Experience collaborating across organizations and influencing without direct control
  • A sense of humor, and grace under pressure
