Roles and Responsibilities One of our client, an IT Services Major is looking for Enterprise Architects.Enterprise Architect Job Description, Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Architect integrates the project and program strategies across multiple programs/projects/Solutions and ensures alignment with business strategies, drivers and management priorities. Enterprise Architect catalogues, develops, coordinates, communicates, maintains, and enforces the overall Enterprise Architecture Models, Representations, Initiatives, Capabilities, and Standard Components used by the Enterprise to perform all business and technology related activities. He/She would: Conduct solution brainstorming /white-boarding sessions to develop the enterprise architecture Be responsible for the creation of various IT architecture models and their lower level components, comprehensively covering the client needs Publish the High level Solutions (which would cut across multiple services including applications, infrastructure operations, service desk, end user computing, cloud and so on) Straw-man identifying the major components of the solution This will be drilled down by the technology, horizontal and vertical competency solution architects in their specific areas Integrate solution components to create business proposals Review the over-all solution designed by the horizontal/vertical solution architects, validate its alignment with the over-all architecture and suggest necessary changes/modifications Build and deploy cross-program, and cross-project Architecture strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution Architect complex development/implementation projects Consult in business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, and trends and directions Understand the business needs to come up with solutions and serve as an advisor to senior business management various initiatives and strategies Recommend appropriate digital offerings, AI/ML tools and methodologies which can be positioned with the prospect Question the different aspects of the solution and be able to take informed decision Help in sizing the projects. Should be able to optimise the sizing based on inputs from individual technology / component ownersThe Enterprise Architect will be a part of Presales organization to begin with and may transfer to the delivery organization as and when a new deal is won. He/She would be working across multiple technology/domain based services/solutions for the customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa geographies. He/she would be needed to work in other geographies whenever needed as well. He/She is expected to have the following traits: Experienced in delivering large scale engagements, particularly around Architecture Implementation Solid cross functional and/or cross technical experience Delivery, Solution Design, Presales Have a track-record of showing initiatives to learn the upcoming technologies and solutions Passion and ability to work Hands On on a proposal which includes in creating the required solution components/artifacts from scratch Ability to stitch the solution spanning across various multiple solution/service components Ability to look at not only the IT requirements, but also have a mindset to match the solution requirements to the business needs of the customer, with a Technology agnostic consulting mindset Good social and communication skills Highly passionate, energetic, decision maker Initiate and encourage Creative and Disruptive thinking across all requirements Should be willing to travel within/outside India for short term to conduct proposal defense meetingsMinimum Requirements: BE/B.Tech/MCA graduate Should have worked in delivery/Presales roles in a reputed IT organization with a minimum of 12+ years of experience ITIL 3.0 certified or higher Relevant Opengroup Knowledge Based Certifications (ArchimMate, IT4IT, TOGAF) Additional supporting certifications (ex. Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect and so on) Experience in cloud implementations (desirable) Experience in deploying RPA initiatives in various engagements Experience in deploying AI/ML initiatives in various engagements,
