-Provide training and support on methods and tools for process management and documentation. Develop scripts and reports - understand requirements, configure reports, possibly make small changes in JavaScript code but not a must, Promote Enterprise Process Management (EPM) best practices and answer questions about tools and methodology. Support and/or perform data maintenance activities, e.g. publication of processes or reference data uploads. Set up new modelling projects in ARIS and review process flows and other documents. Conduct data quality spot checks. Generally work under moderate supervision, with sufficient leeway for own input. Identify and resolve the production and non-production dashboard issues. Monitor the effectiveness of dashboards and take proactive measures to improve the performance. Develop interactive dashboards (understand requirements, analyze data, configure data connections in Alteryx and dashboards in Tableau) Recommend changes to improve established dashboards. Coordinate and plan activities related to database and upstream/downstream integration, You are: A great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels Comfortable in working with global teams with diverse backgrounds and cultures An expert at collaboration, building networks and connections Known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget A pragmatic can do attitude Ability to collaborate with users, business analysts and SMEs to define functional specifications Propensity to adherence to dashboard quality and to dashboard standards Ability to work as a member of a self-organizing agile feature team Readiness to learn and ability to coach othersYou have: A web technologist with minimum 4+ years of experience in any programming language / tools (Microsoft Access, MS SQL, or even Oracle etc.) Experience in process documentation tools (e.g. ARIS, VISIO) and process documentation methods (e.g. BPMN 2.0. Comfortable to work in Tableau, Alteryx and experienced in Data Preparation Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL).
