    Job SpecificationManage scheduling for Chairs and LeadsDraft, review and send communications on behalf of the Chairs and LeadsOrganize and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetingsPrepare power point presentation for the Chairs and LeadsPlan, prioritize international, domestic travel and meeting schedules for the Committee members as per their requirements.Drafting minutes, tracking deadlines and managing reminders Recordkeeping of various communications and roles for institutionalization Co-ordinating with various Practice areasProducing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations handling our internal proprietary databases to help partner to address business associates queries* Desired Candidature*Excellent communication, present ability and interpersonal skills, MBA/Post graduate from two to three Tier CollegeTechnology friendly and be able to execute requirements in tighter timelinesExcellent PPT & Excel skillsCandidates with exposure to MS SharePoint are preferredCandidates who know shorthand will be preferredLogical thinking and geographical understanding of international placesTo be available as per business requirement
