Job Description

3. Executive Assistant (EA) Job Summary The EA shall provide the full range of high quality executive assistance to the Executive Director and COO. EA shall provide management information support and represent the executive to others. EA responsibilities include personal and administrative management and coordination , liaison with internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to executive outreach , general research and reference work and the lead coordination role within the front office. Desired Skills and Experience Strong interpersonal skills with expert level written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelors degree required. MBA degree is a plus. Three years of experience supporting Executive Management , preferably in a non - profit organization. Proficient in office management and computer skills and Social Media web platforms.,
