Job Description

The role Facilities administrator To manage and direct day to day operations of all housekeeping activities. Responsible for the management and operation of the housekeeping department. Your responsibilities will include: Giving daily briefing of supervisors and overseeing day to day cleaning responsibilities of housekeeping team. Dealing with hospitality suppliers. Conducting pre-shift brief meeting. Handling training staff by following OSHA and hotel guidelines for the safe handling of all housekeeping chemicals and equipment. Monitoring and performing inventories weekly and monthly of housekeeping and pantry stocks. Overseeing the works of contracted labor. Delegating assignments and supervise all housekeeping staff. Discussing and following up on maintenance issues with other departments. Generating MIS. Handling daily inspection of common areas and work areas. Ensuring that the caterers are maintaining highest standards of hygiene in the service area. Overseeing the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operation during the shift and identify issues and take necessary actions. Others: Supporting EMS representative in achieving the objectives. Participating in EMS internal and external audits. Participating in Environmental Management System . The requirements Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include: Good communication skills both writing and verbal. With minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management. Ability to work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A team player and good interpersonal skills. Good IT skills.
