Job Description

You will be joining a young startup - like team building a multichannel customer engagement platform to support thousands of business customers and manage millions of customer communications every day. It is the perfect time for you to join our team, create a scalable platform with traditional and new channels like SMS, Whatsapp, RCS, and email, to take on significant responsibilities and make a direct contribution to the business growth.

We require an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will join our development team to expand, support and manage the platform.

Ideal Candidate:

Position : Full Stack Developer

Experience : 2 to 6 years of experience

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design scalable, reliable and performant APIs, tools and services
  • Well versed in emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to leverage modern design patterns
  • Manage and execute features in an agile development environment
  • Actively participate in technical design and architecture reviews
  • Support the team by reviewing stories, specifications and code
  • Can take a project from specifications to launch following the best practices for software development and testing
  • Investigate, analyze, report and fix defects to continually improve the system
  • Provide on - call production support for critical services

Basic Qualifications

  • BTech from tier 1 institute with 3+ years of experience as a backend developer
  • Hands on experience in building APIs and services with a Java/NodeJS framework
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Solid understanding of internet and web applications architectures, including REST, caching, microservices, serverless computing and database design.
  • Experience with multi - tier distributed systems involving load balancers, caching layers and real - time event processing.
  • Knowledge of distributed, asynchronous and concurrent programming
  • Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Strong verbal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern UI frameworks like React, Vue and Angular
  • Knowledge of backend testing frameworks
  • Experience in build tools like Jenkins, Travis
  • Experience on release tools like Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes/Mesos
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDb and Redis
