Undertake the following, with a goal of 100% accuracy, timeliness and completeness:Calculate and validate a daily and/or weekly and/or monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) for your assigned fundsReconcile cash daily (no unresolved discrepancies)Reconcile portfolio positions daily (including equities, bonds, swaps, options, foreign exchange, futures and other evolving derivative instruments)Accrue income and expenses dailyAnalyze and validate traders profit and loss statement dailyAnalyze and validate position market values dailyPost accounting entries to the general ledger dailytake up the 1st level reviews of the work performed by the associates and snr associates in the team.act as an SME for the clients assigned to youinteract with onshore counterparts and clients/3rd parties to manage the expectations successfullyReview and validate the partner/shareholder allocation calculations, including management and incentive fee calculationsResearch and resolve differences between accounting and trade entry systems dailyPERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:Ongoing education of leading hedge fund industry developments (review of written materials, discussions with customers and peers)Train new staff on existing procedures and controls and encourage all team members (subordinates, peers and superiors) to innovateREQUIREMENTS:Must have a minimum of 3years of experience in a hedge fund administration environment or other related financial services experience.Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsCFA, CGA, CMA, CAIA or Public Accounting experience a plusIntermediate knowledge of excel and word (minimum requirement)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfident and decisiveAmbitious and energeticStrong work ethic - flexible and adaptableCan-do attitude with high energyOrganized and detail-obsessedSelf-motivated with a passion for learning and growth,
