• Candidate will be responsible for end to end QA execution from Global Link, India
• Candidate will responsible for managing, hiring, training, and mentoring a large diverse team of QA engineers (functional and automation)
• Candidate will be managing delivery from multiple teams locally and reporting to matrix organization
• Working closely with individual QA leads in US and China and helping them driving the strategy for products
• Responsible for building and improving efficiency of team, reducing the regression cycle time, upskilling, cross-skilling of team members
• Participate and contribute in driving the global QA strategy for Global Link under the guidance of global leadership
• Build a culture of finding creative solutions for complex software and business issues and apply these solutions to resolve problems

Skills & Knowledge

• 15 years prior experience in Software QA with complete grasp of QA process, testing life cycle, audit and 360 degree view of software testing, SDLC
• Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Computer Science combined with relevant work experience

Strong Capital Market knowledge is important and exposure to trading systems (preferably Foreign Exchange) is a plus.Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Stakeholder management with ability to work with global teams and leading multiple QA teams of different sizes
• Proven experience in creating and driving the QA strategy for Enterprise / BU While managing the present solutions with eyes on future
• Hands-on Experience in different automation strategy & tools with key focus on all automation paradigms (UI/ WhiteBox/GreyBox/Performance/API), Experience with automation tools (QTP, Selenium, UFT) and/or experience with Java or Perl programming
• Experience with and understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL) along with familiarity of testing applications on different OS (Unix/Linux & Windows, iOS,Android)
• Strong understanding of distributed applications, asynchronous systems, messaging platforms and micro-services architecture.
• Work with QA Leads & stakeholders (Dev/Product) to define test strategy and research technologies and methodologies which will improve our test practices.
• Experience in hiring correct right talent and building fungible teams that can deliver on multiple products.
• Experience in guiding teams on software Audit from Risk & compliance perspective.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, SWIFT messages is desirable
• Knowledge of Financial transaction workflows like clearing, STP, Order management is desirable
• Superior analytical and problem solving abilities with strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle especially Agile methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes such as maintaining QA environment would be a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative problem solver, organized, and responsible leader to bring in a good team culture
• Technical team management skills to lead technology teams with varied technology and functional delivery
• Ability to own the end-to-end responsibility and accountability for all QA delivery from India

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge/experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS is a definite plus
