Job Description

    Global Mobility & Immigration SpecialistAs a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist, you will help the growing team manage the day-to-day life-cycle of International work visa/permits for PETADATA global entities, International Permanent Relocations, and International Assignments. The specialist will coordinate and assist with all aspects of Global Mobility, Immigration, and Tax including working with Global Security, Legal, Corporate Tax, and Immigration to assess international relocation and work abroad requests and advice on compliance obligations.This role will also help with travel & global expansion related projects as needed.Job Responsibilities/Projects
    • Process Immigration assessments and Work Visa applications, working with outside counsel on risk assessment and escalating as required.
    • Prepare and coordinate offer letters, assignment contracts, immigration support letters
    • Manage Global Mobility & Immigration requests within the ServiceNow, Slack and Outlook queues
    • Work with stakeholders to review and seek approval for international relocation or extended business travel with a CrowdStrike asset.
    • Communicate compliance obligations to requestor and management as it pertains to CrowdStrike guidance and policies.
    • Work closely with payroll team and external tax vendor for year-end reporting
    • Prepare quarterly metric reporting and immigration status reports
    • Actively monitor visa expiration dates, obtain department approval for renewal and start process well in advance to file at the earliest available date
    • Complete and manage Public Access Files
    • Assist with and understand RFE requests and immigration inspection site visits
    What Youll Need
    • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
    • 2 to 3 year experience in the immigration space, global mobility a plus
    • Experience with executing and managing Immigration assessments and applications in US, UK, and other countries based on the clients project locations.
    • Critical thinking capability to expand immigration knowledge into new territories
    • Provide high level customer service and communication
    • Proficient in a Mac environment
    • Self-started, comfortable working independently as well as a team player
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks while following through ticket requests
    • Detail oriented and research minded.
    • Flexibility and creativity to improve processes as the business and our program are scaling
