Job Description

  • The Resource is required to manage a suite of existing Integration Center jobs that support a variety NTT DATA interfaces. Additionallyy, they will execute, track and report on the flow of employee data from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECC HCM.
  • As a key member of our HR Applications Support team, they will also provide support to other team memebers managing a variety of data exchanges for Payroll and Time applications.
  • They are expected to have 2 to 5 years of experience in an SAP IT operations environment with a good knowledge of both the SAP and SuccessFactors Human Capital management ecosystems.
  • The resource is required to work Evening Shift India hours to overlap with the US - typically ending ay 1:30 AM IST each day, Monday through Friday.
Required skills:
  • Success Factors HR HCM knowledge, including Integration Center, Job, Compensation, Payment Information and Master data.
  • SAP HCM User knowledge. Backend user knowledge beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Excel knowledge to include looking up values between multiple spreadsheets.
  • Conceptual knowledge of data mapping and replication.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Load File processing.
