Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Coordinating and effectively contributing in the long-term strategic organizational planning and its successful timely implementation.
Contributing in the formulation, development and improvement of mills/plant administration related policies and standard operating procedures;
Implementing and controlling these SOPs, communicating, overseeing and ensuring compliance and consistency with all the corporate practices/ policies/ procedures, adherence to all the related and applicable state laws, arranging inspections of and coordinating with labour department / Govt departments.
Making certain that all administrative systems and processes at mills/plant are highly reliable, finely tuned and well delivered with an aim towards pro-action rather than reaction;
Managing and ensuring physical security / technical security.
Ensuring effective management of company residential colony affairs regarding allocation of facilities, housekeeping and security etc
Facilitate concerned departments to ensure uninterrupted availability of all utilities including Water, Gas, Electricity, Telephone etc. at mills and residential colony.
