Job Description

    • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Conduct group interviews
    • Conduct on campus selection process
    • Ensuring every department is having immediate recruitment replacement intact.
    • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
    • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
    • Handling administration work.
    • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/ attendance/reports as per the requirement daily and monthly.
    • Training new or existing employees
    • Handling grievances
    • Handling Leave Management, Attendance management, payroll.
    • Track of inward and outward of cash on a daily basis.
    Requirement:
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
