Dear Team,Hiring for Sales Manager for Real Estate FirmExperience 2-10yrsPreferred Industry Real Estate/ Infra/Qualification Minimum Graduate , BBA/MBA - Sales,Communication Excellent - VerbalLocationAttapur HyderabadSalary 2.4L - 5.5L + IncentivesSkill Set:Sales -* Open Plot Sales* Farm Lands Sales* Commercial plots Sales* Villas/ApartmentRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets Monthly Quarterly yearly
  • Confers with General Manger sales and Director Sales in defining annual business plan for the sales function based on the defined corporate strategies.
  • Translates the annual sales plan into quarterly and monthly, weekly operational plans and develop, sales targets and volume goals for each product/brand, in conference with the Business Development Manager
  • Receives finalized Sales Plan, compiles and communicates to Field executive Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the area handled and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives
  • Regularly monitors the orders taken by the Business development mangers. In case of nonachievement of sales target, takes appropriate measures.
  • Actively tracks sales movement of competitors products and marketing activities through sales executive channel and marketing intelligence and communicate exception scenarios toregional manager
  • Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
