Candidate will be responsible for overall admin and operation.Responsibilities -Overall administration of hostels and whenever required to frame policies of the management. To ensure discipline, safety and security of the hostel .Liaison with medical department for health matter of the employee. Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained .Coordinate with all out Source Company like pest control, laundry, horticulture and manpower supply companies.Overall responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance of the hostel .Responsibilities to maintain records of the hostel assets take the inventory during annual maintenance and submit to JOS Hostel.
