May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion areas. 3. Working knowledge on HR Projects and SME in any one of the core HR areas. 4. Strong business acumen skills and should have liased with business leadership.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
