Job Description : Job Title : Security Engineer Location : Hyderabad Exp : 5+ Years No. of Positions: 1 Company: TollPlus India Responsibilities:

  • Provides quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.
  • Responsible for initial triage of incoming client issues/security events
  • Support, troubleshoot, configure, manage, and upgrade NGFW, DDoS Appliances, WAF and a wide variety of other security products
  • Endpoint Antivirus management
  • Endpoint encryption and file integrity management
  • Analyze and diagnose complex network issues
  • Create reports for customers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Customer service focused and portrays energy, professionalism and welcoming characteristics.
  • Strong ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situations.
  • Ability to identify issues and help develop strategy and tactical plans for various department initiatives
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
  • Ability to use good judgment and decision-making skills
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer
  • Experience in building and maintaining security systems
  • Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating system security
  • Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
  • Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
  • Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 5+ years relevant work experience.
