Job Description

Here s what you ll do:

  • Work with Neustars Identity and Access Management team to administer and implement appropriate PAM controls and workflows.
  • Provide support for CyberArk operations in a 24x7 environment with on-call rotation.
    • applying user and system changes as needed
    • tracking and troubleshooting user issues or tasks and incidents
  • Work closely with the teams that provisions, customizes, monitors, manages and upgrades our enterprise password vault solution.
  • Work with various Neustar employees to help train and educate on good security practices and specifics about end-user security tools
  • Work with a team of Security Engineers to handle incoming requests, respond to issues, troubleshoot reported problems, and identify solutions.
  • Provide support for IDM incidents or audits such as Sox, SSAE16,ISO, PCI, FedRamp.
  • Communicate with customers to address their security requirements and provide guidance.

Here s what you ll need to bring with you:

  • 6-9+ years-experience in Identity and Access Management function
  • 3-5+ years-experience with CyberArk Core Pass Solution
  • Must be strong in CyberArk, deployed and implemented it before, preferably architected or designed it.
  • Administration of CyberArk Vault including experience with Administration through PVWA
  • Password Management for different platforms using CPM
  • Session Management through PSM/PSMP
  • Installation and Configuration of CyberArk software (PVWA, CPM, Vault, PSM, PSMP)
  • Experience upgrading CyberArk infrastructure
  • Detailed knowledge of the CyberArk Modules, the Vault itself, and would be nice to also know LDAP/CyberArk integration.
  • CyberArk Policy design knowledge.
  • Detailed knowledge of Security, and specifically how security is handled at companies like Neustar.
  • Excellent oral/written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
  • College degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, vendor certifications and/or other related certifications, a plus.
