Job Description

  • 6+ yrs experience in Product Support. Be part of a Customer Support team addressing Customer queries, enhancing the customer product interaction and proactively monitoring priority items, investigating issues and analyzing solutions, and driving problems through to resolution.
  • Implementation of next gen technical solutions in building a Chatbot Solution framework to support Customer Enquires on a range of Data Products, drive automation, scalability and advanced analytics in order to reduce customer issues through automation.
  • Hands on experience on data integration/analysis tools, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
  • Excellent Problem Solving, Customer handling skills with strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate, speak to varying levels across the organization.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries as per business requirements and run scripts for handling data. Proficient in building Rest APIs.
  • Sound knowledge of Data Management concepts, Data Modelling, Data Engineering, Data Structures.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one programming languages, preferably Python and NLP is a bonus.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, especially our Customers and Product Team organizations, in developing strategies and identifying tasks that will reduce calls into the call center through self-service capabilities
  • Understand the Product and Customer requirements to build conversational experience in solving complex business problems while handling large amount of structured and unstructured data of Data products.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams on technical data quality requirements to align to the existing offerings and roadmap
  • Experience with GIT / BitBucket is required
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environment. Ability to lead and drive efforts to completion.
