Your Mission
As a key member of the Joveo Sales team, you will be an Inside Sales Representative that work to development business within the Unites States and Canada and evangelize programmatic recruitment ad buying.
Core Responsibilities
Perform prospecting and cold calling within assigned territory to develop business within the United States
Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, objection handling, and a desire to met and exceed objectives
Able to function in fast paced, high transactional sales environment with focus on developing, servicing, and nurturing customer relationships
Ability to demonstrate the value proposition of Joveo, its platform, products, and services
Attain a minimum of 100% of sales quotas
Build and cultivate sales pipeline
Perform a minimum of 65 outbound calls per day
Document all activity within Salesforce.com
Maintain market knowledge including competitive products, pricing, and policies, keep up to date on new technology
Ensure a superior customer experience with Joveo by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy
Forecast accurately within 5% of actual monthly results.
Will conduct online product demonstrations as needed.
Collaborates with other departments on opportunities when appropriate.
Qualifications
Has strong business experience and knowledge of the industry.
Sells at all levels in an organization, and is adept at working cross functionally through Joveo to deliver on selling complex solutions
A self - starter who is resourceful and creative in their approach to get things done.
