Job Description

Responding to support calls and emails from all levels of staff.
Perform 1st level trouble shooting in a Windows 710 Active Directory environment.
Documentation and development of internal Wiki (Samanage) for user knowledge base.
Creation of new user/computer objects changes to user/group accounts in Active Directory.
Maintain IT tickets within their SLA expectations.
Additionally, provide smartphone, tablet and boardroom AV support.
Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP network issues.
All staff must also follow LIOs company procedures and standards which are related to punctuality, grooming and OHS.

Requirements of the Role

Basic knowledge of current Microsoft OS and desktop applications.
Experience in IT Support (minimum 1 year).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Ability to follow through in a timely manner with all set tasks.
Strong customer service skills.
