Full Stack Developer belongs to Self- Organizing and Cross Functional development team and is able to convert sprint backlog items to shippable product. The candidate collectively owns end to end development responsibility for a given Agile Team/POD. He/She will design , code and test the user stories committed for a sprint. He/She will also work independently under limited supervision and possess skills to effectively deal with issues , challenges within field of specialization to develop application solutions.Primary Responsibilities:Lead an agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream or IT Support TeamBe accountable for team deliveryDevelop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applicationsDevelop innovation , strategies , processes , and best practicesBe collectively responsible for end to end product qualityCreation of high/low level application designParticipate and contribute in Sprint CeremoniesPromote and develop the culture of collaboration , accountability and qualityProvide technical support to teamHelp team in resolving technical issuesClosely work with Business Teams , Onshore partners , deployment and infrastructure teamsRequired Qualifications:ITIL/ITSM knowledge or certification4.6- 10 years of experience working on multiple layer of technology2+ years of working experience in an Agile team2+ years of working experience of database (SQL or PL/SQL) , exposure to Big Data , NoSQL/Flat Database2+ years of working experience in software configuration management and packaging2+ years of working knowledge in build tools such as Maven/Gradle1+ years of working experience in Web Services/API , REST Architecture , etc.Working experience in set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test , build , deploy , and monitor automation)Working experience in or good knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. OpenShift , Azure , AWS) , capable of demonstrating how to develop a sample cloud based application / micro- services architectureWorking experience in Test Driven DevelopmentExperience in using automated deployment and release management tools such as XL Deploy , XL Release , JenkinsReal implementation experience of one or more open source technology (MySQL , JBoss Platform , Apache Camel)Development Methodology/Engineering Practices - Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)Technically hands- on and excellent in Design , Coding and TestingSecurity scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify , Whitehat , Webinspect)Engineering PracticesGood in Data Structure , Algorithms and Design PatternsGood in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient , high performance , resilient and scalable)Good understanding of IT Support/Production SupportUnderstanding of various agile methodologies such as Scrum , KanbanExcellent verbal , written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate capability to create high/low level designsAbility to demonstrate hands- on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases,
