Advertisement for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in BRNS project Educational Qualification: Applications are invited for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS) funded project entitled Development of Terahertz Metagratings for detection of ultra - small deep subwavelength dimension particles , under the supervision of Prof. Dibakar Roy Chowdhury (PI) and Prof. S S Prabhu (PC, TIFR). Deserving JRF may be considered for Ph.D. if shehe can perform well. Title of the Project: Development of Terahertz Meta gratings for detection of ultra - small deep subwavelength dimension particles. Eligibility: Essential Qualifications: MSc in Physics or M.E.M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Solid background in Electromagnetismoptics highly desirable. Candidates with UGC NET JRF DST - Inspire CSIR JRF will be given preference. Fellowship: 25,000 per month (+ fooding and lodging) Duration: Initially for 1 year (extendable based on the performance)
