  1. Expertise in building resilient, high performance SAN and replication solution
  2. Familiarity with EMC Vplex, RecoverPoint, XtremIO
  3. Experience on NetApp Cluster mode filers
  4. Familiarity with Cisco MDS Director class SAN switches for SAN connectivity
  5. Familiarity with FC and IP based storage replications
  6. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports.
  8. Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.
  9. Must be able to lead the critical outage calls
  10. Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  11. Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.
  12. Storage reports generation EMC ViPR SRM
  13. Tuning parameters and fixing Storage performance issues
  14. Knowledge in EMC Backup & Data Domain added advantage
Secondary Skills
  1. Strong knowledge in ITIL process.
  2. ITIL Certification
  3. EMC Networker backup certified
