Functional1. In line with Corporate HSE Strategy, develop plans and ensure implementation within the timeframe2. Coordination with Sites & Resolution of safety issues in coordination with Head-Ops./ SBU Head3. Make process corrections based on the analysis after discussion with project stakeholders4. Coordination with QSS-Safety Corp team in deployment of Safety processes5. Regular monitoring of HSE performance across the SBU by tracking LLI reported by project sites6. Safety Manpower management Selection, deployment, training, monitoring, De-mob.7. Facilitation in automation of HSE processes8. Providing HSE Support for bidding9. HSE Training & Development for Site Team.10. Leading in Incident Investigation & ensuring the deployment of required controls to avoid recurrence11. Coordination for Weekly & Monthly Safety Review meetings12. Preparation of weekly & monthly MIS report13. Preparation of Quarterly update for Board meeting14. Working closely with BE Team for keeping the ISO manual / EPM process up-to-date15. Periodical site visits based on the requirement16. Should have handled Multiple projects more than 30 projects and having minimum 5 years experience in Cluster Office / Regional Office / Head OfficeTechnical & Behavioral Competences:Knowledge on Digital platform, Excel, PPT, word & understanding of HSE operations.
