Job Description

    Hello Candidate,Greetings from Hungry Bird IT Consulting Services Pvt. LtdWere hiring Logistics Manager for our client.Qualification: Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.Location: HyderabadExperience: 5 to 10 Years of experience.Work type: Work from officeRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Build relationships with logistics mediators and work closely with package engineers to ensure the protection of freight in transportation.
    • Required to handle technical details relating to possibly international transportation, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation.
    • Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries.
    • Establishing good working relationships with Internal and External customers and vendors through personal contact; discussing and resolving problems regarding delayed delivery dates.
    • In this role you will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with Logistics including 3rd party logistics, space optimization and warehouse management.
    • Efficiently evaluate the costs of transportation, services and inventory within any budget or distribution strategy.
    • Able to handle export and import documentation.
    • Integrity is of paramount importance.
    Desired candidate:
    • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
    • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
    • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
    • Proficient in standard logistics software
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
    • A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
