Job Description

As FRAOps Centre of Innovation (COI) team, we foster and enable continuous FRA Ops performance, inspire new ideas, disruptive innovation, and customer-oriented solutions bringing best service solutions to the business.Your responsibilities include but not limited to : Execute the vision, define and formulate strategic priorities to achieve the vision on FRA Ops Innovation Contribute in development of multi-year plan for Innovation Identify budget/resources needs Work closely with the FRA Ops team members, Internal and external tech solution providers to ensure consistent delivery on Innovation projects to the NGSCs and FSCs Develop and execute the innovation framework while developing associates towards an innovation mindset Lead and coordinate on Innovation Projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within agreed budget Identify key associates to help drive innovation globally as designated catalysts. Train the associates in multiple techniques such as Design Thinking, Agile etc. Foster a culture of design thinking focusing on building innovative customer centric data analytic solutions Identify from Finance Core, Performance analysis and new solutions for data and digital opportunities for improvement and change Train and develop associates in multiple innovation and creative problem solving solutions. For example, Design thinking and Agile methodology Develop the concept of train the trainerMinimum requirements MBA / MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research & other related disciplines Excellent English (written and spoken) Minimum of 8-10 years of extensive analytics or related functional experience Expert understanding of SAP ERP Proven expertise in advanced analytics and emerging insights approaches e.g., cognitive and machine learning, data visualization. Proven programming skills on various automation technologies such as Python, Alteryx, VBA Macro, SQL, SharePoint, ABAP Scripting etc. Ability to work and operate effectively in a complex, multi-cultural, cross-divisional matrix, international environment. Excellent Program/Project Management skills with strong analytical and process management experience. Experience in Design thinking, agile methodology, and various Industry problem-solving skills with high degree of intellectual curiosity. Strategic focus with the ability to analyze, formulate and implement strategies to significantly improve efficiency for the global business.Why consider Novartis 799 million.
