Job Description

    Role Summary/Purpose :Manager, Customer Engagement and Journey Analytics(Individual Contributor) is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). Our Analytics team comprises of data analysts who focus on improving customer/product/digital/ journey experience etc. and growth by providing full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics via cutting edge technologies to support business objectives.The role will include clear understanding of business requirement , ask right questions , build & review prototype , work with data to generate actionable insights to address project delivery enabling Synchronys growth and profitability. The model candidate must be skilled in data & analytics , has Go Getter Attitude , Goal Oriented and should be able to deliver independently . This position is remote, where you have the option to work from homeThis position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Were proud to offer you choice and flexibility.Essential Responsibilities:Deliver independently on a variety of problems by leveraging experience in Data and Analytical ToolsPartner on strategic ideas and POCs targeting revenue growth & larger business adoptionAdherence to timely delivery, accuracy and documentation in line with Audit ProceduresMentor/ Guide team members on tools and processesQualification and Requirements :BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2-5 years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not valid) or in lieu of a degree with 4 -7 years of Analytics experience.Minimum 2-5 years of hands on Experience in SQL / SAS /Open Source Tools with ability to independently build queries for data extraction & aggregationComprehend key concepts & processes in Retail Finance, Journey Analytics and translate them into quantitative attributes /metricsAbility to Define Methodology , present insights to larger teams and influence decision makingShift Timings : 2 Pm to 11 Pm ISTFor Internal Applicants: Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format)Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in current role and level are only eligibleExisting Level 5,6 & 7 are eligible to apply, will be considered for Level 8 if selectedExisting Level 8 may be reviewed for L09.Existing Level 9 will be offered L 09,
