We have been at the forefront of bringing the latest and most advanced range of instruments from leading manufacturers around the world to India.Previous Work Experience:Direct experience in field related to analytical instruments servicingMinimum Qualifications :Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in ElectronicsPreferred Qualifications:BE holders in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Instrumentation EngineeringPreferred Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsShould be willing to travelGeneric Responsibilities required for this Role:Primarily Field Service Engineer and will be responsible for supporting customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repairsCreativity and can-do attitude is essentialAbility to help with solving customer problems and a commitment to deliver highest levels of customer satisfactionContinuously learning about new instruments, software and consumables is key to successJob Role :Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GCs, GC MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc.Responsible for Onsite Installation and commissioning of hardware/software products at customer sitesServes as customer contact on routine technical, application, and service-related problems. Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
