Job Description

QualificationsRequirements

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding:
    • providing analytically based diagnostic reporting of actual service and delivery metrics vs. pre-determined standards
    • preparing executive summaries of core service and delivery results for internal audiences that outline opportunities for improvement
    • communicating the above metrics to internal sales partners and Senior Leadership via emailshared portal on a daily, weekly andor monthly basis
    • for our top customers, prepare executive summaries of core service metrics weekly andor monthly
    • support sales leadership with analysis and data requests for adhoc projects. For example, outline internal net revenue opportunity if service frequency is increased
      • Create, update and prepare on-going periodic business reports
      • Maintain core metric models and files for historical reference, as needed
      • Develop Power Point presentations to communicate business results and insights
      • Manage expectations through verbal and written interactions with sales partners
      • Collaborate with sales functions on ad-hoc projects
      • Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
      • Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
      • Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
      • Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
      • Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
      • Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
      • Create an inclusive and collaborative environment
      • Coach and on-board new members of the team in processes and ways of working with sales partners
        • +5 years of experience in SalesSales Management
          • Bachelor s in commercebusiness administrationmarketing, Master s degree is a plus
          • Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
          • Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages. Knowledge on cloud-based data analytics platforms
          • Experience with one of Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView preferred
          • Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
          • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point and Access
          • Ability to provide superior customer service
          • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
