  1. Must be well versed with Physical Design implementation flows using Synopsys or Cadence Tools
  2. Must have hands-on experience in Physical Design of multi-million SoCs in sub-micron technologies
  3. Team leading experience of leading a minimum of 10 member teams for at least 5 years
  4. Experience in team building and mentoring
  5. Good inter personal skills and people management skills
  6. Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills
  7. Should be able to actively participate in technical discussions and influence technical decisions in the project
  8. Should be able to coach and guide the team for achieving career growth and personal development plans
Required Technical Skills:
  1. Place and Route experience from Netlist to GDSII
  2. Low power implementation Flows
  3. Familiarity with Scan, Synthesis, Verilog RTL
  4. Static Timing analysis (STA).
  5. Equivalence checks using Formality, LEC
  6. Strong in timing fundamentals
  7. IR, EM and Noise Analysis
  8. Physical Verification.
